According to the Mazda dealer in Goodyear, the 2021 Mazda CX-30 seats five and comes in five trim levels: base, Select, Preferred, Premium and Turbo. The CX-30 is equipped with a standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 186 horses and 186 lb-ft of torque. The Turbo trim is powered by a turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that’s good for 250 hp and 320 lb-ft with premium gasoline. With regular gas, those figures drop slightly to 227 hp and 310 lb-ft. Both engines feature a six-speed automatic. The case engine gets standard front-wheel drive and optional all-wheel drive. The turbo-four gets all-wheel drive standard.
The CX-30 is exceptionally fuel-efficient, with an EPA-estimated fuel economy rating of 25 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway with the standard engine and front-wheel drive.* With all-wheel drive, this engine checks in with 24 mpg city/31 mpg highway. The turbocharged four-banger returns 22 mpg city/30 mpg highway.

Standard features for the CX-30’s base trim include 16-inch alloy wheels, cloth upholstery, LED headlights, an 8.8-inch infotainment display, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster display, Remote vehicle monitoring and control, voice recognition, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an audio system with eight speakers, HD Radio, Bluetooth, a Wi-Fi hotspot and two USB ports. Available features include sport pedals, LED interior lighting, a universal garage door opener, auto-dimming rearview mirror, wireless device charging and navigation.
